So where do you start?

In order to sell real estate in the state of West Virginia, there are three requirements:

• Pass an approved 90 hour pre-license training class
  (NEXT CLASS BEGINS SEPT. 7)
• Pass the state license exam
• Work under a West Virginia licensed real state broker.

Northern West Virginia Real Estate School is the top school in the northern part of West Virginia devoted exclusively to preparing adults to take the West Virginia license exam.  Almost thirty agents in the Northern Panhandle have received their pre-license training from Bob Kennen.
